Here are just some of the folks who round us out so nicely:
Lowell Dillon | President
Lowell Dillon
Hang around here long enough and you'll hear one sound coming from Lowell's office more than any other: crinkling cellophane. That's because as far as Lowell's concerned, there's only one food group that matters: ginger snaps.
But you know what? He's always willing to share. That's because Lowell—President, Leader, Dad, and Soccer Coach—is an all-around good guy. He's been helping clients generate millions of dollars in sales for the past 25 years with his strategic, comprehensive no-nonsense approach to marketing planning. A talented artist in his own right, you'll be just as likely to find Lowell sketching ad ideas for clients as working on strategic growth plans for the agency. And though we are inclined to wonder how on earth anyone could hate chocolate, we forgive him because his cool, Zen-like demeanor keeps things running smoothly around here.
Erin Maxin | Director of Client Services
Erin Maxin
Erin is our resident "client fixer". She makes sure all of our clients stay happy and calm when crazy deadlines abound. She knows more about aluminum organic chemicals and hybrid-ceramic ball bearings than she ever thought she would, and counts the ability to recite the General Prologue to Chaucer's Canterbury Tales in Middle English among her most impressive useless skills. She also tours saw mills in 5" heels—but makes sure they are closed-toe in deference to OSHA regulations.
A passionate marketing and digital strategist, Erin helps clients make more effective marketing decisions by combining analytics with creativity. She is constantly looking for opportunities to help them increase market share and turn their brands into business-boosting powerhouses. Just don't attempt to decipher her handwriting—even Shirley, her Labradoodle, shakes her head at Erin's penmanship.
Donna Wolfe | Production and Office Manager
Donna Wolfe
Trust us; Donna's forgotten more than you ever knew about production. She regularly says things like "let's mic that out" and "nope, that's a mill item," and if you have no idea what a micrometer is or why a mill item is bad, you're not alone. As our Production and Office Manager, Donna makes sure things run smoothly around here and regularly interfaces with vendors, manages quotes, and specs out complicated print projects for clients.
Donna's worked in production for years, and though she's directed production departments for Nestlé and Stouffer Hotels, she actually got her start when we were still Ashby + Associates in the 60s. That's her over there, welcoming you to our old offices in the Terminal Tower, downtown Cleveland.
Mary Sinkovich | Creative Director
Mary Sinkovich
As our Creative Director, Mary makes sure we're ahead of the game when it comes to design trends and new technologies that make clients' marketing efforts more effective. In her work you'll find incredible creativity that always serves a specific marketing purpose, whether she's working with olive oils or industrial adhesives. We have no idea how she squints at pages of code all day long, but we do know that she can find a way to MacGuyver around any digital obstacle, big or small. In fact, if we had a nickel for every time she's typed "I think I've found a workaround…" in an e-mail, we'd have exactly $67.25.
Dallas Riffle | Multimedia Designer
Dallas Riffle
Artist from 9 to 5, rock star at night, and dad all the time, Dallas is a multitalented multimedia designer. He knows as much about electric guitars and the arcana of 90s grunge rock as he does about effective web and print design. He creates imaginative digital works of art that are as beautiful as they are functional, and is always up to date on the latest trends in user experience and SEO. It shows too, because clients love his websites as much as search engines do. And don't let the tie fool you—it was picture day, so the Iron Maiden T-shirt stayed at home.
Jeana Koerber | Administrative Assistant
Jeana Koerber
As our Administrative Assistant, Jeana makes sure deadlines don't go whizzing by like Goose and Maverick buzzing the tower. She keeps things running smoothly by coordinating and tracking all our print jobs and is also our go-to researcher, with the ability to track down information on just about anything. Need to know how many women with large purses and small dogs live in Beachwood, Ohio? Jeana can help. Need to find out how many people are blogging about the proper way to program a CNC machine? She's on it.
Shirley | Dog-in-Residence
Shirley
Shirley is currently our dog-in-residence. While she technically lives with Erin Maxin, she considers 21690 River Oaks Drive her territory as well. She enjoys eating bacon, chasing cats, pre-Sammy Hagar Van Halen, and rolling around in things that don't smell so good. Stop by and visit with her anytime, but don't come without Snausages®.
